Sponsors of M&M Divide RC&D
Resource Conservation & Development (RC&D) organizations were
established across the United States as a federal program administered by the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service.
From this, separate non-profit organizations were formed and are governed by a local board of directors referred to as the RC&D Council.
The organizations are not currently federally funded, but continue to
operate as stand-alone 501c3 non-profit organizations.
